These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of QR Box ("QR Box", "we", "us" or "our"), including our websites, apps and any related services (together, the "Service").
QR Box is operated by [Legal entity name], registered in [Country] with registered office at [Registered address]. You can contact us at .
2. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You should read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we link to from the Service.
3. Who can use QR Box
You may use the Service only if:
- You are at least [minimum age, e.g. 16] years old; and
- You have the power to enter into a binding agreement with us; and
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business or organisation to these Terms.
4. Your account and security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must tell us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised, inactive, or being misused.
5. Your content
"Content" means anything you upload, post, store or otherwise make available via the Service, including images, music, video, documents, text and metadata.
You keep full ownership of your Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your Content to us.
5.1 Permission you give us
When you upload or otherwise provide Content to the Service, you give us a licence to:
- Store, host and display your Content on the Service;
- Copy, adapt, reformat and organise your Content as needed to run the Service (for example, to generate QR codes, variants, previews, thumbnails or playlists);
- Allow other users and visitors to view, stream or access your Content in line with the settings you choose.
This licence is worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free. It lasts until you remove your Content or delete your account, except where we need to keep copies for legal, security or backup reasons.
You agree that we may also use aggregated or anonymised information derived from your use of the Service to operate, improve and protect QR Box.
5.2 Your promises about your Content
You confirm that:
- You have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use the Content on the Service; and
- Your Content, and your use of the Service, does not break these Terms or any law.

- Malware, viruses or any content designed to damage or interfere with systems or data;
- Spam, scams or deceptive content.
We decide whether Content breaks these rules. We may remove Content or block access to it at any time if we believe it does.

- Suspend or permanently close your account;
- In serious cases, report your behaviour to relevant service providers or authorities where appropriate.
We may take these steps without prior notice where we think the situation is urgent or serious.

9. Intellectual property
The Service, including our software, design, branding, logos, text and graphics, is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Except for your own Content, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or reverse engineer any part of the Service unless we give you written permission or you are allowed to do so by law.
10. Third-party content and links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, or display content provided by other users or third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for these sites, services or content, and they may be subject to their own terms and policies.
You access third-party sites and services at your own risk.
11. The Service is provided "as is"
We work to keep QR Box available, secure and running well, but we cannot promise that:
- The Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free; or

We may also update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know (for example, by posting a notice on the Service or emailing you). If you carry on using the Service after the changes take effect, you are taken to have accepted the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be dealt with by the courts of [Place of jurisdiction], unless a different law gives you a right to use courts in your own country.

If you have questions about these Terms or the Service, you can contact us at: .
We may contact you using the email address or other contact details linked to your account. Notices are treated as delivered when we send them.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation where this does not materially affect your rights under these Terms.
